Our Process

• Education

  Romanoff Group is open to share the experience of our leading lawyers with those seeking for knowledge.  We are inviting summer internships in already long-term partnership with university law schools, organize seminars and workshops to introduce law students with the everyday life of a practicing lawyer. Our lawyers are lecturing at the leading Baltic universities and we contribute to the public discussion with articles and blog posts on the topical issues such as education, freedom of speech, medical care, transport, legal aid, etc.

• Volunteer work

  We regularly organize and participate in different volunteer activities and events: teaching schoolchildren about law and the legal profession, helping adults to overcome employment obstacles, being active as board members in chambers of commerce and business councils, leading the local scouts movement, walking and cycling for charitable causes, giving blood as donors, participating in a volunteering initiative to increase students’ motivation to study. All with the aim to give back to the communities in which we live and work

• Pro bono

  We encourage and support our lawyers to take an active role in the society and use their legal knowledge to promote social inclusion, human and civic rights in the interests of those who would otherwise lack access to qualified legal advice. Romanoff Group lawyers have proudly upheld a commitment to serve pro bono clients with the determination and legal excellence that define our broader culture.

• Charitable activities

  Romanoff Group supports a number of charities, NGO-s and local municipalities through volunteering our time, fundraising or simply by making a donation.
